These terms and conditions apply when you buy products from Curry Club Sweden through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products
Curry Club Sweden sells curry kits, spice mixes, sauces, recipe cards, and related food products.
Product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, spice level, portion guidance, and preparation instructions are shown on the relevant product pages and/or packaging.
We aim to make all product information accurate and clear. However, minor differences in packaging, appearance, colour, or presentation may occur.
Food information
Please read all ingredient, allergen, and preparation information carefully before ordering or using our products.
If you have allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements, you should review the allergen information on the product page and packaging before use.
Our products are prepared and packed in an environment where allergens may be present. See our Food & Allergen Information page for more details.
Prices
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor, SEK.
Prices include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been authorised.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be completed
- The delivery address is incomplete or outside our delivery area
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payment is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
Delivery
We currently ship within Sweden only.
Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, public holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer buying online in Sweden, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For food safety reasons, opened or used food products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Complaints and faulty products
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as expected, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will handle complaints in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
Product preparation and use
Our products are intended for home cooking.
You are responsible for following the preparation instructions, storage instructions, use-by or best-before information, and any food safety guidance provided with the product.
Curry Club Sweden is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect storage, preparation, handling, or use after delivery.
Availability
Products may be limited in quantity, seasonal, or temporarily unavailable.
We may update, replace, or discontinue products at any time.
Website content
The content on our website is provided for general information and online shopping. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but errors may occur.
We may update website content, product descriptions, prices, and policies at any time.
Intellectual property
All Curry Club Sweden branding, text, images, recipes, product names, graphics, and website content belong to Curry Club Sweden or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Curry Club Sweden is not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Personal data
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Chilli Points
Chilli Points are Curry Club Sweden’s loyalty rewards. They are our way of saying thank you when you order curry kits, share feedback, vote on future launches, or take part in selected promotions.
A Chilli Points account is linked to the email address you use with us. For the purposes of the programme, one person or account is defined by one email address. Please use the same email address for orders, feedback, voting, and rewards so your points are applied to the correct account.
Chilli Points have no cash value. They cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged for cash, or transferred between accounts. Chilli Points may only be earned and redeemed according to the rules shown on our website or communicated by Curry Club Sweden.
To keep the programme fair, feedback can earn Chilli Points at most once per calendar day, and voting on a future launch can earn Chilli Points at most once per calendar week. You may still submit additional feedback or update or change your vote where the site allows it, but additional points will not be added during the same day or week.
When you reach 89 Chilli Points, you are eligible for one free curry kit. The free kit itself is on us; postage is not included unless we clearly state otherwise. At launch, free-kit rewards are handled manually. Automated checkout redemption is not yet available.
We reserve the right to adjust, remove, reverse, or cancel Chilli Points where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate claims, technical error, unfair use of the programme, cancelled or refunded orders, test orders, or automated or bot activity. We may also suspend an account from earning further Chilli Points where misuse is suspected.
We may change earning rates, reward thresholds, eligibility rules, or withdraw the Chilli Points programme with reasonable notice where practical. Existing balances will be handled according to the rules in force at the time of redemption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, or use relevant EU consumer dispute resolution services where applicable.
